
Many of the towns have a country market, usually one Sunday a month, where you can find all sorts of typical food products. Some of the best known are El Zacatín in Bullas, La Corredera in Caravaca de la Cruz, Las Cuatro Plazas in Mula, El Abarán in Lloro, Guadalabiad Molina de Segura, El Mesoncico in Cehegín or Los Frailes in Cieza. You will find a wide variety of sweets and nougat, cheeses, sausages and other traditional local products.

The fish auction at the fishing port of Aguilas is like being in a major auction house, but with fresh fish as the grand prize. From 16:30 every Tuesday to Friday afternoon, the fishermen that their selection of screenshots for distributors, merchants and visitors.
