The bride's jug
Take home a souvenir from our area. Lorca's craftsmen make typical hand-painted drinking jugs known as "Bride's Jugs" or "Jarras de la Novia". Other crafts from the town include wool rugs and throws, intricate embroidery, wrought iron-work and glazed and painted earthenware and pottery. If you enjoy shopping, head for the craft district or craft centre.
